To deliver a quality product, one must also invest in all that it takes to craft that product. At Roy Safaris, we are proud of the following building blocks:-
- Technology: Covid 19 taught us that business cannot be as usual without thinking out of box, thus, with the help of cloud computing and enhancement of various software, we at Roy Safaris worked to streamline a lot of our procedures thereby increasing our efficiency with focus on customer centric service!
- Our Corporate Headquarters: Our purpose built facility is equipped with start of the art facilities to ensure that our sales and planning team have all the resources and inspiration to craft a perfect itinerary for you.
- Our Own Workshop: In order to ensure that we add reliability to our service delivery, it is necessary that we have a properly equipped workshop that will undertake necessary service and preventive maintenance of our vehicles!
- Human Resource Development: We recognise that development of this vital resource is a key element in adding value and delivering the services that we promise. To this end, our investment technology and fostering young talent in sales, accounting, driver/guides and workshop goes hand in hand with modern requirements.

OUR COMMITMENT
Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)
We do recognize that Roy Safaris is part and parcel of a larger community that surrounds us. Since 2011 we worked on different projects that helped make a difference in social and community development with particular emphasis on women and children. Below are some of our achievements: –
- Nursery into a primary school: Completed a modern nursery school which has now turned into a primary school. We completed Classrooms/offices as well as dining center.
- Actively supporting Kafika House (Formely Plaster House): An organization dedicated to supporting children with conditions that can be corrected via surgery.
- Local schools in Arusha and Karatu area: Through our foundation, we work with primary schools to support various projects aimed at building capacity such as provision of materials towards completion of classrooms/dining facility.
- Reforestation program: In 2007 we began a project aimed at offsetting our carbon footprints in Karatu area. This land has now been transfored completed into a thriving ecosystem supporting a variety of insects, birdlife and small mammals. Our tree planting program has now seen over 35,000 trees planted in this area. Guests are encouraged to partner into this initiative.
