Mahale Mountains National Park

Mahale Mountains national park lies to the west of Tanzania, and is part of western circuit of national parks. It is famous for its chimpanzee sanctuary as it inhabits around 700-800 chimpanzees in 14 habituated communities. Due to mountainous nature of this park, one can enjoy scenic hikes, chimp tracking as well as birding and of course due to remote nature of this park, you are sure to find yourself immersed in nature at its very best!
