Mahale Mountains – “THE M” Safari” 3 Nights at Mahale Mountains National Park.

Day 1 Mahale Mountains National Park

Day 1: 07:00 hrs pick up from The African Tulip, transfer to Arusha airport for a ZANTAS AIR charter flight to Mahale airstrip. Met on arrival, motorized boat transfer to Mahale mountains national park (1.5 hours) introduction. Lunch. Afternoon short forest hike. Dinner and overnight at Kungwe Beach lodge.
Day 2 Chimpanzee Trekking

Breakfast, depart for a CHIMPANZEE trekking in search of the human habituated GROUP “M” chimpanzees. Return to lodge for lunch. Afternoon leisure. Evening sundowners on the beach. Dinner and overnight at Kungwe beach lodge.
Day 3 Kungwe Beach Lodge

Breakfast, depart for a CHIMPANZEE trekking in search of the human habituated GROUP “M” chimpanzees. Return to lodge for lunch. Afternoon leisure. Evening sundowners on the beach. Barbeque dinner on the beach. Overnight at Kungwe beach lodge.
Day 4 Boat To Mahale Airstrip

Breakfast, with picnic lunches transfer by a motorized boat to Mahale airstrip for a ZANTAS AIR shared charter flight to Arusha (Arrival around 18:00hrs).

It is possible to offer similar program using Greystoke Mahale camp. Please ask your safari consultant for ideas.
Combination packages: It is possible to plan combination packages involving western parks as indicated above on a standalone itinerary or some of the parks in conjunction with camps in Serengeti. As your safari consultant for ideas.
